The consultants working with us are highly motivated and qualified professionals, all with extensive experience of working at senior levels in both the statutory and voluntary sectors, with specific attention given to the substance misuse sector.

·         Project management for County Councils, Local Authorities, health teams and the voluntary sector including Safer Community Partnerships, Drug Action Teams (DAT’s) and Drug and Alcohol Action Teams (DAAT’s)

·         Fundraising advice and support to the voluntary sector including writing of tenders and applications and development of fundraising strategies

·         Strategic advice and support for voluntary sector management committees and trustees, including the development of business plans and marketing plans and management committee training

·         Management development, including mentoring of managers through a change process

·         Project evaluation, service review, needs assessment and mapping exercises.

·         Development of drug and alcohol policy solutions for the workplace. We offer advice and support to charities and  companies looking to introduce a substance misuse, drugs and alcohol policy.  This can include whether testing is included or not.
